Returns & Exchanges

Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

Returns in 4 easy steps

  1. Contact us at support@aurrelia.com, and our team will send you a return form. Please read the conditions carefully before sending your product back.
  2. Complete the return form and include it in your package.
  3. Send your package to the return address provided on the form. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Always use a Track & Trace code.
  4. Refund processing – Once we receive your package, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 days.

Exchange (for size changes) – 4 easy steps

  1. Email us at support@aurrelia.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send you an exchange form.
  2. Complete the exchange form and include it in your package.
  3. Ship the package to the address on the exchange form. Always use a Track & Trace code.
  4. Receive your new size for FREE – Once we receive your package, we will send the correct size at no extra cost.

Exchange (for damaged products) – 4 easy steps

  1. Email us at support@aurrelia.com with photos or a short video of the damaged product, along with a description of the issue.
  2. Validation – Our team will review the proof and confirm the issue.
  3. Free replacement – Once approved, we will send you a FREE replacement order.
  4. Tracking update – Our team will provide you with the new tracking details for your replacement order.

Important Notes:

  • Before returning any product, you must first request a return form from our customer service team at support@aurrelia.com. This form must be included in your package.
  • If the return is due to a customer mistake (wrong size, change of mind), the customer covers the shipping fee.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping fee.
